Update: Willie Trotties case.

Re - Fifth Circuit Court
we will not see/know anything until they have made their ruling, which shall be within the next thirty days at the least. It could be longer. But judging by a few other cases here, from about twenty to thirty days a ruling can be expected. If this is denied, then he can appeal this court's decision to the United States Supreme Court (see any court papers etc under the transcripts tab
